Experience/Strengths: Brings a passion for mentoring and training new team
members. Enjoys creating an environment where people can learn, grow, and build
confidence while developing their skills in the trade.
Outside of Work: Family, golf, and fishing make up most of his time outside of work. If
there's an opportunity to spend time outdoors, he's usually all in.
Goal: Continue fostering a welcoming environment for new hires while further
developing his leadership and teaching skills. Helping others grow and succeed remains
one of his biggest motivations.
